Mandarin has ich or is it just bumps?

Okay so update he just pooped for the first time I could see in awhile it was white slimy and stringy like someone snorted snot and spat into the tank, so I'm thinking internal worms/parasites anyway I can treat him? Hes still in the process of being trained to frozen but he doesnt always accept the food I try feed him hes more than happy on my live pods is there anything I can dose that wont harm my inverts and him since I know mandarins are very frail when it comes to treating the water
