I have a juvenile mandarin and wanted to get another so hopefully they pair up any suggestions on how to go about this or if it will even be ok to do ?? The mandarin i have is spotted mandarin and i wanted to add a red one as well 60g well established tank

my concern would be if you can provide enough pods for two. a single mandarin can consume a thousand pods per day.

I have a breeder going with tiger pods and amphi pods And the one mandarin I already have is starting to sometimes eat frozen food. Sometimes Would they get along if I added a red one since they are young age fish

If they have a long top fin it is a male. If they have a short top fin its a female. No guarantee they will get along. I have a male & female lives n a 240. The female lives in the sump because the male doesnt like her.

60g is pretty small for 2 mandarins. Adding another to an established one can be possible, but males will fight with other males, and females are often intolerant of one another. Add to the fact that often in dealers tanks where multiple mandarins are held males may fight and the dorsal pennant can get damaged making a male appear like a female.
