mandrian dragonet infected ?

i have recently gotten this dragonet and he has these bubbles on his body he is eating and acting healthy but im not sure what could be wrong with him please help

the spots have completely gone away and he looks sooo good his colors are amazing it mustve been guck or something maybe stress spots? im not sure just glad he is finally happy and healthy
