Manganese & Iron

My lfs has suggested dosing trace based on icp results. I was told to use brightwell replenish, but I have chaeto grow on hand which has even more elements on top of what replenish has. Which would you guys recommend I use. Basically the iron and manganese are non-existent in my tank which I assume is due to having chaeto in my fuge.

I am pretty sure two little fishes iron is iron+manganese.
