Manganese Overdose Toxic?

This morning, I started dosing Triton trace elements and dosed 12.5 ml instead of 3 ml Manganese in a 300 Liter total volume aquarium. Is this mistake toxic to fish and corals in this size tank? Thank you in advance for help.

I don't expect any issue. In a few days it might be zeroed out again anyway. It depletes very fast.
