Thanks i was reading on that your right how about lighting and also been hearing alot about mag

Never tried them, but IMHO I can't see them growing fast enough for viable nutrient export

In a way you might be right but i read that the more nutrients in your system the fastest they grow now if you have a low nutrient system dont know how long it takes for them to take effect

What i dont like is the magnesium side of it it absorbs lots of mag and you have to be on top of it dont need more work
