Hey guys so I know it’s not a macro algae but it’s a plant and I need advice! Please and thank you

so I have 11 small mangroves just the propgule or what ever they are called they have about 2” of roots and starting the second set of leaves my issue is my tank is deep it’s 25” deep and I want to put them on the rear rock mound but they would just bearly reach it and be out of the water enough. But I want the roots to attack to the rock scape and make their way to the sand this is where the questions come!

1) what is the best way to grow the roots I have them set up in a bucket I grow ulva and copepods floating in a bit of foam does any one have experience here?

2) I have a rimless tank and I have no clue how to mount them in a way that is t over bearing to the look of the tank while still keeping them in place!

I saw a post of some one who put them on long rods and as the roots grew down he would move them up out of the water so the bottom half of the roots where in water but as it grew he raised them up thus making air roots of sorts but I never saw the end of the thread and not much growth in what I did see it made sense but idk if it works

I used bamboo and tied them using grafting tape. Roots have extended pretty good
