hey guys question on what you think on the manifold I’m building. It’s still a work in progress just wanted to see if in the right direction I’m going for and would work I’ll post some pictures

Looks like it will work. I would have put a few unions in. Make sure you leave room for the ball or gate valves for the manifold outputs. Spacing may get cramped. Each of the reactors will have an output line to the sump.

I am not liking this at all..
Build a single manifold for each component . Display tank, Media reactor, Uv and so on.. PUT A Ball valve on each one of them be sure its low enough to eliminate that trap before the union going to the Display tank.. I also do not recommend running a dc pump when you have your display tank as part of the manifold. they start loosing gph after a few weeks up to the point you have to tear them down and clean them. Running manifold like this can cause you to have to frequently adjust the valves ..
