I'm kicking around the idea of putting together a small manifold to only run a biopellet reactor and carbon reactor (and a third valve just in case). I've never tackled this before and therefore know nothing about manifolds. I did look at valves and parts at HD, and found they have a limited selection.

So I'm looking for ideas and parts sources for this little project. Pictures would be nice and as specific as you can for parts as well. I'm thinking 3/8 tubing/valves, but that's just a guess for me.

I current have a MAG9.5 as a return pump but plan on switching it out for a Jebao/Jacod DCT 6000 pump along with this manifold install.

Thanks for your consideration.

Check out https://flexpvc.com/Products/ManifoldsDistributors.shtml they have a large selection of distribution manifolds maybe one might work?

Thanks 143....that first one is "udderly" ridiculous. I'll check them out.

If you go to supplyhouse.Com and look up schedule 40 pvc look at Spears street T, they fit together one into the next to plumb very tight fitting manifolds. I also use sweep 90's, street 45, and street 22.5. I get all my valves from BRS and use Spears gate valves and Ceplex true union ball valves.

Yeah, I agree it's a bit much but would love to see it in action:p...

When you glue your manifold together, be sure to leave enough space so that all the ball valves can be closed without the handles bumping into each other... :)
