Manifold PVC Size?

I am setting up simple manifold, that will run the following

3 reactors 1/2" input
1 UV 3/4" input

The pump I am using is way more than I need, but it what I have, it 2000 GPH and the output is 1 1/4"

Should I go with 1 1/4 for the entire manifold size and just reduce for each connect type, or should I reduce to like 1" at the pump and make the manifold 1"?

I would reduce at the points of exiting the manifold if you have room personally. I also would plumb an extra output for who knows what you will add down the road.
