Manilla Spy Montipora Fading

I put a frag of this montipora in my tank a week ago, and since then the color has largely washed out. However, the polyps continue to be extended and colored up. Is this likely due to a lighting shock, or a water parameter issue? Or something else, such as flow?

Alk: 8.4
Nitrate: 6.9
Phosphate: 0.03
Calcium: 445
Mag: 1330

I don't have a great picture, but snapped this one on my phone in case it's helpful.

Hoping to get things figured out and introduce some acros soon, so using this as somewhat of an indicator coral.

What kind of lighting and flow do you have?

The display is 4ft and ~80 gallons with a Maxspect Razor 300w for lighting, running this schedule:

Flow is 2 MP40s mounted on the back running about 50% in reef crest mode, and a vectra s2 return pump at 100%. I was also planning on adding a jump 4k gyre pump for more side to side flow, but it's not on there at the moment.
