So today I got another package in the mail.
My simplicity 120dc skimmer showed up.
Overall I’m pretty impressed as far as build goes, it’s alittle rough around the edges but is still very well built! Looking fwd to putting it to work.

So I’m still messing with the plumbing. Had a little help today 
Thankfully my new threaded bulkheads arrived from BRS. Now all I have left to do before final assembly is finish the wood work on the stand.

Ya it’s progressing slowly. The plan is to expand and change things up down the road so I have to plan fwd in most things I’m doing on this.
Nope didn’t get the light yet. Has anyone received your order from BRS ??

Looking good Clayton ! Can’t wait to get the lights.
My plan for them at the moment, is to re wire them. Plan on powering the T5's through the junction box in the ceiling, and install a WiFi controlled timer on the light switch. Then have the kessils run separately off the kessil controller. that's the plan at least ! lol

They sell it up here in Canada at A aquarium shop called BigAl’s. I cut it up with the band saw and used 3/4 tubing as legs.
I plan on making one more maybe a square foot in size for the main display.

So after calling BRS yesterday and realizing there has been a shipping mix up with my aquaticlife t5 hybrid fixture. I decided to start on the lightings electrical. Quick stop into my local hardware store and got all the items I’ll need to hang my fixture and tidy up its wiring issues, everyone has been complaining about. All in all pretty happy with the way this is looking so far.

Thank you so much !!! So tomorrow it’s all getting torn down and the woodwork is being sent off to my buddies to attach Ash rub strips to the top.Such a sleek build mate! I'm absolutely loving it
As soon as that comes back home, it gets two coats of epoxy, and the plumbing gets all glued up!! I’m sticking to my end of November “add water date”!!

Lots going on. This coming week I hope to have the lighting hung. And need to decide on my four bulb t5 combo. Will be using Kessil 360’s aswell.
Also and anyone recommend a dosing unit? Thinking of going with a bubble magus doser.

Whats the deal with the RFG.... wont you be using wavemakers? wouldn't max surface agitation with just flat locline outlets be better? And have full control over water movement through wave controllers.....
