Maracyn 1 and sps

Hello,

A tank system at my work is having a heckin time with lyngbya. Does anyone know of how well sps tolerates Maracyn? I have seen Jay Hemdal mention he had no issues with lps and softies. Also, does maracyn affect nitrifyers? I have heard mixed things on that.

This will pose an issue with SPS as well as most inverts including urchins . It is in essence erythromyacyn
Manufacturer states it’s safe
