Marble sized white sack?

So I found this thing under the corner of my pink star polylps.... I have hermits ceriths and nassarius snails. A pair of clowns, a yellow watchman goby, a copperband butterfly, a yellow tang, and a blue hippo tang. Any clue what it is?
