Marco-400 bonding material color

Greetings,
I was wondering if anyone has tried using grout color powder mixed in with Marco to make it match more closely to the rock. Not sure why it wouldn't work.
I know I can glue rock dust on the joint to help it blend, but think grout powder might make a more pleasing match.
Any thoughts?

I guess as long as the grout powder is reef-safe and doesn't contain anything you wouldn't want in your tank.

It won't matter a whole lot anyways as the rock starts to mature....it will all be the same color. That being said, I mixed in a fine sand that matched the marco rock that I used.
