well i have gone bare bottom just could get the sand stay in one place alt more clear !!!!!!

in the process of going bare bottom some sand got in my vortech wetside causing it to grind thanks to @EcoTech Marine for replacing it just some thing to know for the future

todat is week 3 of a bacteria bloom that going in my tank so a stared to work on the new contrail panel and a added 2 block of marine pure 8x8x4 to my fuge for added bio-load more to come ........

I was also planning to go bare bottom so I can run my flow higher... my tanks already established and has coral/fish so how do I go about taking out the sand?

@Rex i do it slow i did it all at one shoot and lost 3 fish because the bacteria in the sand also why i add the marine pure block
