Cause I am at a lost for words with how NICE this rock is!!!!! My eyes almost watered when I opened the box. SCORE!!!! They were packed to perfection. No rubble what so ever. My new tank is gonna be off the hook. My only regret is that I didn't get more. :(

Thanks again Marc!!!

Here are some pics. (Plug and Disks are for size reference)

it is some nice rock thats what i stocked my current setup with the drop off tank....my biggest dissapointment was i read it was light so i thought a 150lbs would be overkill but it turned out it only did about three quarters of what i wanted to do....i need more!!!!!lol
i was actually checking out the new shelf rock and i think i want that instead of regular rock he sells im finding it really hard to place corals on the rocks...:(
btw make sure you still cycle it the rock leached po4 for about a month before my test came out good.....
but all in all i was very pleased with it and for sure would do buisness again with them...:)
i scored mine on black friday it was like 250$ for a 100lb box shipped....:)

The signature Figi is extremely light, but the key largo is heavier. I am near Mark and he comes to our local club meatings with rock sometimes. Both types are awesome but the signature Figi is unbelievable and light. He hardly has it in stock anymore and it goes fast but if you can get it theres no better rock out there.
The Key Largo is just as nice, don't get me wrong. Its just heavier so you will need more of it, as it has less mass per lb.

As for the cycle time its not like it used to be troylee. Now he has it pre cured. I used the pre cured on my 300 gallon and I got readings of 0 po4 in just 3 days

ya i got the key largo...im not giving any bad remarks on it i for sure would use it again and would recomend it i like the stuff.....im really digging the new shelf rock he is offering..:)

Is Marco rock the same type of rock that bulk reef supply sells?

I have to agree the signature Figi is some of the best rock out there. I mainly have it in my 500. Hopefully he'll be able to keep it in stock again.

Marco rocks are THE BEST for one-rock-picos and nanos. So much area for life!

buy it from marco.

I rinsed mine in tap water, basically to wash off the powder stuff.
I did not get any ammonia spike at all after running it in the tank for a couple weeks (which tells me rocks are clean). had to add some fish food to decay to get the cycle started. only then I got readings in ammonia and nitrate.

+1

Marc is definitely a good guy to deal with and the rock is TOP NOTCH!

For sure! I got the hookup too! LOL!

marco is the only rock i will be using in my next tank... this stuff is super nice.

I'll +1 that. I have 50lbs sitting in the basement with intention to purchase more for the 125 I have being built. I'll be using ~50lb of established liverock in the system, but it'll end up being about mostly key largo. Great looking rock and packed as if done by NASA for a trip to Mars. ;P

I think I'm going to purchase some shelf for a new 300 gallon Deep Dimension tank I just got.
