Marco Rocks Mortar mixing suggestion

Here's what I came up with in an attempt to help someone struggling with the mortar mix...

* Small quantities of mortar mix are difficult to properly mix. I found 1-1/4 cup to be my smallest reasonable batch.

1-1/4 cup Marco Mortar mix
4-tablespoons prepared liquid is minimum and pre-wetting the rock is recommended.

1-1/4 cup Marco Mortar mix
6-tablespoons prepared liquid is maximum. Pre-wetting the rock with this consistency is NOT recommended.

Perhaps 5-tablespoons prepared liquid is optimum? You be your own judge. This is only a suggestion.

How I mix it is just put enough liquid polymer in there for it to become a thick paste. Measuring it out tends to screw up the consistency from what I’ve found. From your photos, your doing it well enough
