So I am currently QT'ing 2 new additions.

Yellow tang
Mandarin dragonette

I have 0 copper in the tank because I dont wanna treat it I dont need to. Plus mandarin drags are known to have a hard time with copper.

I picked this up when my outbreak first hit 2 months ago and never used it after following directions here from the pros.

My thought is would this assist or help the tang and drag benefit from this while in QT? If not, what is a good situation to use this in? Or did I waste my money and useless?

No signs of anything right now... but I figured prophylactic buff?

Thoughts?

"Natural Oils and Extracts", in my tiny experience, often turns out to be ... not very much. It might make ich uncomfortable, but I'd be (somewhat pleasantly!) surprised to find out that it actually eliminate parasites.

BTW - Raising the temperature over 80, while effective (as in; sometimes that's all you need to do!) against _freshwater_ ich, is essentially useless against marine ich, which is a different organism.
