help my Margarita Snail's have been falling off the glass ans i have lost 3 of them. i left them in there to let the blueleged hermit crabs have a little extra snack. and way they seem to fall off the glass alot all my levels are finr my nirite snails are good and my crabs fish and corals and my one halimedia plant are all fine any ideas?

Margarita snails aren't really suited for tropical temps, they do better in cooler water. Some are collected in water as cool as 50* F. Not sure why they are still widely distributed, they aren't even that good of an algae eater IME.

Better alternative would be the trochus snail...super hardy and algae eating machines. Plus they can right themselves no problem in they get flipped over.

Hey thanks for the quick reply!!! I just Google them they look cool think I'll get some after i move if i move if not then I'll get some in about to week they said 1 to every3 gallons but i don't go that many on any of my snails cus i don't want them to starve

Yeah stay away from the margarita snails. They aren't all that good and are caught in cooler water as said before.

I tend to stich with the stuff over at reefcleaners.org. They'll have everything you need and will help you determine what level of cleanup crew you'll need so you don't over order.
