Marginalis cbb spots only on tail

So currently in qt:

Marginalis cbb
McCosker wrasse
5lyretail anthias
Royal gramma

On 2nd day when i put them in marginalis had transparent small spots on tail.
They dissapeard after 2 days

Day 7 spots appeared on cbb tail.

All other fish are healthy and dont exibit any symptoms.

On marginalis no other symptoms observed, just those specks. Eating blackworms and mollusk.

Could it be ich? Or something else?

It could be ich, velvet, early-stage Lymphocystis (very common with butterflies & angels), could be nothing at all . . . Are you treating the QT with anything, prophylactically?
