Marine angel health

Hi all
Does any one have any experience with the concaving of the forehead and dorsal aspect of angel fish? But good abdominal bulge.
i have attached pictures of my queen angel? Eating about 4-5 days, and mixed diet.
i have heard formalin use can cause it?

A fish with good body weight should have a smooth curved profile from the face over the forhead and onto the back. A pinched profile like you're seeing where the outline of hte skull can be made out I'd take as a fish that is underwieght. This could be from an improper diet, inestinal or internal parasites or potentially stress or some other disease process. It could also be old age but I'm confident that's not the case here.
