Has anyone ordered recently and needed to get in contact with MD? if so did you get a response and did it take long? I received some of an order but not all, no additional tracking and no response.

Im calling tomorrow. I just placed an order Thursday and they sent me confirmation of shipment. When I chencked tracking- showed it was delivered on may7 in colorado. Im in WI ? ? ? ? ? ?

Maybe try calling BRS? Lol kidding of course. Who knows what all is happening with that current situation. I'd just reach out again and maybe you got overlooked somehow.
I know with MD sometimes you will get multiple shipments as one comes from once facility and the other from another. For me they didn't provide that info until I did contact them and they did let me know it was a separate shipment. I'm sure that's the case here.
