Marine depot vs Eshopps overflow box

So I’m going to be setting up my reef tank. This is going to be a budget reef tank, and I’m in between two overflow boxes. The Eshopps small, and the marine depot small. They have a very similar design although the marine depot is cheaper.
which would you recommend?

i know this is an old thread, which one did you get? i'm trying to choose between the two also

I got the marine depot. When I painted the glass I didn’t do it very well so it leaked. Their was drops of paint which made it not flat. I had to buy another gasket to put on the outside, now it works perfectly. I would say get the eshopps. If your tank is well painted then you could go with the marine depot, and a $2 gasket just as a backup. They are basically the same thing only the eshopps comes with an extra gasket.
