Why is that I place an order yesterday at 630am and here we are Friday night and my order still hasn't shipped? I called twice and nobody can tell me why nor do they do anything to fix the problem. "I'm sorry" isn't what I called for. I called to get my order shipped!! Why are you sitting on my order and why is nobody doing anything? I called twice today and nobody is willing to fix my order, push it out the door. Your website claims orders ship the same day. I can't even get mine shipped 2 days later and nobody can tell me why??? Eternal hold for a supervisor is also wonderful. On hold till you close... nice... So upset, I will never recommend you for anything...
