looks like a caulera of some type, but on my phone with a terribly broken screen. I will see if @WheatToast or @Subsea can help ID it.
I agree on caulera, not sure if the type, great food for tangs
Looks like Caulerpa brachypus, one of the rarer species of Caulerpa in the hobby. It can grow quickly and can become a nuisance, though it provides good nutrient export. It can also be used to create decorative “lawns” on the sandbed.

It has been a rather slow grower in my system compared to more popular species like Caulerpa prolifera and Caulerpa paspaloides. @dvgyfresh has had experience eliminating the algae after an infestation.
