Marine Snow Question

150 gallon mixed reef about 3 years old. I currently feed reef roids 2x a week and red sea A+B 2x a week. My LFS suggested I might want to add in 2 little fishys marine snow 2x a week. Anyone using it and seeing results. Am I overfeeding if I add it in?

I use marine snow as a binder. I would add it to your A&B before adding the whole mixture to the tank.
The Marine snow is the "glue" that allows the corals to directly take up the A&B.
I have used this method with Acropower or any other liquid "coral food" for years. Works great

How much marine snow do you use with the A&B? Do you put the snow in 1st?

I add the snow to the AB. I kinda eyeball it. You can't really overdose marine snow as it's really just a kind of chalk with RO water.
I usually do enough snow to make the tank cloudy but not opaque. I also do it just before lights off.
Last tip. Let the snow and AB sit together for a few minutes before dosing. I use a specimen cup to do the mixing
