Has anyone bought a tank or has had problems with a purchase from marineandreef.com? I had a few to many beers last night and made a big purchase. I didn't get any conformation email which threw up a red flag for me. Then I started searching and was reading horror shows as well as good things so I figured I would come on here and see if I can find anyone has done business with them.on here. Last thing I want is to get scammed.

I bought my Biocube from them last year and have nothing but really good things to say about them and their customer service. Tank came in just a few days from across the country and everything was packed really well. I've made a few other misc. purchases from them since then and also no issues

Maybe a technical glitch that you didn't get a confirmation? I would reach out to customer service. It is definitely a legit store and you won't be scammed

I wish I bought from them more often. They are in my area and I get everything I order the next day. I always get a email verification though. They are a small outfit but typically answer the phone, or at least call back rather quickly. They may not be available over the weekend. They are great to deal with. I wish they carried more stuff that I use day to day as I would gladly give them more business. I don’t think you have anything to worry about.

Bro you hit the nail on the head! I couldn't have asked for a better reply. A biocube is exactly what I ordered. I figured it was a glitch or maybe cz of the weekend but then I started searching and seen alot of negatives. Your reply definitely calmed the nerves. I appreciate you getting back to me. By chance did you purchase the protein skimmer and of so did it fit in 1st compartment or did you have to knock out the false bottom in the 1st chamber to get it to fit? Right now I'm running the intank refugium in the biocibe I have up amd running but I am leaning more to doing away with the refugium and getting the skimmer because the refugium gets pretty gnarly.

I actually just talked to them on the phone two days ago. I ordered an apex head unit and got it the next morning. I’m sure you’ll hear from them first thing on Monday.

Yes I have the protein skimmer in chamber 1 except it’s hooked onto the back wall rather than the divider between chamber 1 and 2 because the intank flow director makes it impossible to hook on. Works great!

I bought a UV from them.. was a few hundred dollars. It came beautifully packed and perfect.

Yes I have the protein skimmer in chamber 1 except it’s hooked onto the back wall rather than the divider between chamber 1 and 2 because the intank flow director makes it impossible to hook on. Works great!

Thank you for the info and picture. Im definitely going to look into a skimmer. Everyone is saying the tunze 9002 I think it is. I may be off a number or two lol. I'd rather it fit in the 1st chamber. The tunze fits in the middle chamber which seems backwards to me.

Yeah I went with the coralife one just because I wanted it in the first chamber and haven’t regretted it! Takes about a week to get going but it’s pulled some nice thick sludge from my tank - no complaints

Man im back to being nervous. Today is Monday and I still haven't gotten a email back. I tried to call them a few time and got no answer. Left a voice mail and haven't heard back from them. This is nerve racking lol.

I once drove to work wondering why traffic was so light. It was usually a 45+ minute drive, I made it in under thirty. I usually got in an hour or so before anyone else. After an hour or so, no one else had shown up. Still not clicking I called one employee and left a message asking why he was late. Called another, who answered at 6:30am immediately asking what’s wrong. I told him that I’ve been waiting over an hour for him to show up. He started laughing and politely told me it was Sunday. I felt like a total a-whole!

Theyre legit and I believe no weekends so you should have acknowledgement on Monday
