Just got my results back

Anything to worry about?

Potassium looks low to me and I'd raise it.

If you are not using one, it is possible that you might benefit from a trace element supplement to supply things like vanadium and manganese that are often depleted.

Does this vendor guarantee that their results are accurate? Do they provide an estimate Precision and accuracy?

I'm not to sure. This is the marinlab icp test. I think recently Aquaforest recently took over this company

Thank you Randy.

For the Potassium what levels would you recommend I try to hit?

I know for potassium there are test kits out there to test for but would you also recommend dosing trace elements such as vanadium and manganese without testing?

400 ppm for potassium.

You can't test for trace elements except by icp. Yes on dosing them.

Okay so from your observation it seems like I have a few elements that are low. I may also try to bump up my Iodine as I feel it might be a little low too but I'm not sure if it'll be beneficial to my tank.

My game plan is to try dosing red sea trace colors as I only do 5% water changes weekly with regular IO salt and according to the ICP test, it may not be enough to replenish some elements.

This is for a 40 gallon mixed reef consuming 2ppm of Ca daily.

From the BRS calculator is it safe to assume that I should be dosing 0.1mL of Red Sea ABCD a day?

I will do another ICP test in 3 months to confirm my levels again
