Marineland 125 Question

Looking to upgrade my sump to have 8x turnover per hour. Anyone know what the max gph overflow for these tanks are?

What overflow do you plan to use? If you are asking about the stock, dual corner reef ready version, then 800 gph is probably doable.

My current is the stock dual overflow, pipes go up from the overflow almost to the top of the box. I have considered removing the pipes they installed to slow the flow rate down given I like to cram bio media in there as well lol.
