Maybe. Have it filled with water for several days and see if it holds or you see any issues with the seams. They had issues with silicone failing on some of those larger tanks which it seems like you are aware of. It has great dimensions though I don't think you can drill it for an overflow as all the panels may be tempered.
On a side note. You could go with rubber maid tubs plumbed together for a nice grow out system. They have them up to 300 gallon.
Oh, cool. Replacing the overflows shouldn't be too hard. I don't think you will be able to drill the back panel. Tough choice with those awesome dimensions. Are you placing it in a room with a concrete floor and a large drain in the floor?the tank is drilled in the bottom. In both corners. They took the overflows out.
I have no intention of buying it without resealing it. It’s already been “resealed”. But by who? And how did they do it? And do I trust their work… no I don’t.
I have thought about the rubber made route but I want it to also be a second display. And I feel like you can really miss a lot of issues with only a top down view.
I do need to see if the sides are tempered. I was planning on using the holes in the bottom for a closed loop and drilling for an external over flow
