Marineland filters

I will never purchase Marineland products again! Spent almost 200 bucks on a new c360 canister filter that made a loud rattling noise out of the box and has almost no flow. After attempting 23 troubleshooting tips per customer service, including cutting my hoses and making a huge mess, the noise and low flow persists. The company is too dang cheap to simply admit that their product sucks and send a new motor or something. That was a waste of 2oo bucks from a hard blue collar worker. Thanks Marineland, I hope your happy.

The LFS where you got it "should" help you out in a case like this. Any luck talking to them?

Hey Mcaroll,
I purchased it at Petsmart. Havent spoken with them yet, but it will have to wait until I buy another filter to replace this one. Then maybe I will take it back and see what help they can offer.
