Morning Reefers!!!

So, I have a 120G Marineland with 1 overflow. My question is for the return side I want to replace my black barb that turns into a Y and replace it with a single flow accelerator. I don't remember if I glued that side due to pressure. Will it pop out if I pull? I don't remember what the directions were lol. Or do I crank the top black part to take off that Y. I don't want to crack anything or cause a leak.....

I hope this is making sense.

I don’t glue anything inside my overflow.

Ok. It was hard to get out but I just removed the bard when the tube was still in place. Maybe reckless of me but I did it!

It leaked a little during installation on my sump but I assume it was from the pressure being put on it and caused a small gap. The leak seemed to stop when I got it back to normal position.

Hope it stays leak free and the acceleration add will help :)
