My previous filter is starting to break down figure I’d give this a shot what do you think about this brand ?

I haven't used their canister filters but they are typically a popular cheaper brand

I’m getting occasional burst of bubbles coming from the outflow tube. Do you know what could be causing this and do you think a spray bar would fix it ? Also not sure if I can adjust the flow rate on this to stop it from taking in air @xxkenny90xx
