Marinepure Bio Sphere - Clean and reuse

Hello. I have some Marine Bio spheres just removed from a Quarantine Setup for the last 6 months. They have algae and I had some ghost flatworms. I would like to use them again rather than buy new ones. I am setting up a new QT and want to reuse the spheres.

If I just soak them in bleach for 24hrs, rinse very well to kill everything, and let them dry in the hot sun for a day or two, will that take care of it? Obviously I will be re-establishing a Biofilter with them and will use Dr. Tims that is on hand. Just didn't want to throw them out.

I will personally dip them in some fresh saltwater for a week or two before putting them back in for reusing.
