mariner 100 tank

Anyone out there whose gotten one of these? ie the 100 gallon version. I like to know how quiet is the bean animal overflow.

I added a piece of airline tubing to the top of the overflow tube and it quieted it down a lot. It still gulps air into the sump occasionally though.

That hole in the top of the drain tube with the cap, I put a piece of bubbler airline tubing. Also, make sure the glass cover plate is on the overflow chamber to limit some of the noise from the weirs and adjust the ball valve open or closed to limit the air getting "gulped".
