I’m having an issue registering the ro vial cuz they came with the same code. Is that normal with these icp test kits?

I actually got an email from them saying that both codes will be the same for aquarium water and ro water. And you’ll get both results from the two sources.
The website will only let you register one code though. The thing is they have a tab selection that will let you register both water samples. So I’m hoping I can view them both online like I think it was intended to be done.
