Not sure what this mark is on my watchman, just noticed it tonight.

Tank mates are:

Midas Blenny
Pair of clowns
Lawnmower blenny
Purple fire fish
Tomini tang

As they typically hide within rock structures and startle easily, appears to be a small gash/scrape and should heal on its own but Do keep an eye on the area for healing and Not potential infection. Would not be bad to have some Seachem Kanaplex on hand should it become infected

We’ve seen quite a few watchmans here develop bacterial skin infections.
How long have you had it?

Watch that new lesions don’t start, or if this one grows larger. If so, you would need to treat it with a broad spectrum, gram negative antibiotic in a treatment tank.

I’ve had it for about 5 months

Unlikely to be the issue we’ve been seeing then. In those cases, the fish was newly acquired.
I would just watch it for now.
