Mark/wound on damselfish

Hi, I just noticed that my damselfish has a white mark on his head, the video is very blurry but in person it kind of looks like a little piece is gone, but I can’t get a good look. Is this an injury or infection?

It looks like a wound which they often get as they dart into rocks and crevices. Keep an eye on it at this point as it should heal on its own.
