Market place Help????

I have been away for a while. Come back to a whole new sales/marketplace fiasco.
I kinda have some of it figured out but not all. How do i go in to my add and reduce
price or make a change at all? I can only list two items now??????
I cannot find a "How Too" It appears everything is a mess now.
Little help please?
