How do i sell something in marketplace/

Hi EnergyGuy

In order to access the marketplace there are restrictions that must be met. You must be a member with R2R for 30 days (of which you've passed) and you must also have a minimum of 25 posts to your account (you're currently at 11)
Once you've met both the marketplace will unlock and allow you to post

Hmm, interesting. I cant simply be a member and read stuff, I have to say something??? VERY odd

Yah it seems that I am in the same boat, need a couple more comments to be able to post in the looking to buy forms

Seems to be a common rule across forums. It's to keep the honest honest.

And be sure that they will now track your posts to ensure you don't throw out meaningless posts to get passed the threshold.

What do posts have to do with being honest??? Oh well, off to another forum....

The 30/25 is to help prevent spam posters that come to the forum just to sell. Not saying that is your intent, but it is a rule that every member has to pass before being able to post items for sale.

This seems to be the general rule in most all forums. There are some out there that when you join all you can do is read threads and post threads for 30 days. You can not even access any other members areas until you hit that point. Reason why seems to be to keep the scammers and spammers from disrupting the community and taking advantage of its members.
