maroon clown

I am setting up a 30 gallon reef tank in the near future and am considering a single maroon clownfish.
has anyone kept one of these in a 30 gallon?
I know they can be known to eat small shrimp species but as they grow to 6 inches the maroon clown would fill the tank nicely........or would it?
would I be able to put any other fish in there with a maroon clown?

the biggest and meanest of all the clowns. it will be ok in that tank but it will rule the tank. as it grows it may attack your hand let alone other fish. I would go with a different clown or a larger tank.

We have a 40b with a lightning maroon clown and a Morse code maroon clown. Lightning is boss but doesn't bother anyone unless too close to her rainbow nem. They are aggressive but tank raised can be a little more laidback not always. She nips my hand but it's no big deal. They don't bother the mandarin or the ruby headed fairy wrasse, carpenter flasher wrasse, or filamented flasher wrasse.

I've seen them kill every fish in the tank

I have 2 small maroons recently traded them in very aggressive fish he would tail flap my hand it was only a matter of time he would be biting it. He forced my other clown into the corner and beat him up all day. I thought he had fun for but it was just the other maroon beating him up.
