here's a picture of my maroon clownfish I have the pair I'll send you a picture when she is down on the sand bed

She is not down there all the time?

Hey #reefsquad need a little help with this one.

We will need a little more info to help. One would be a good close up picture of her with the white lights on. The blues make it difficult to see details. Are you afraid she's sick? To be able to lay eggs she would need to be a bit larger than the average clown you can purchase at the LFS (they are usually too young to breed). Typical behavior of a female ready to lay would be increased agression, defending one spot more than others, swimming with her stomach very close to a particular area of rock, cleaning said area of rock a lot (along with the male) and a swollen abdomen. Are these things you are seeing in your clown? When she's near the sand is she laying on the sand and being still?

Any signs like breathing heavy, white spots, skin issues or other things you can observe?

Thank you for stepping in Meredith

That's not egg laying behavior. Without a better picture or more information we wont be able to help you. I'm sorry

and you said she's not moving when she does this? Just lays there? How long does she spend on the sand?

Like a minute or two then she goes swimming again or if she sees me she start swimming

She looks pretty normal in the pictures. That behavior is fairly odd...... she's probably just being your typical weird clownfish. Keep an eye on her and watch for other signs like heavy breathing, spots, dirty/dusty appearance, lack of appetite, lethargy ect. If any of those happen we can revisit the problem.
