I have a 5 inch maroon clown fish that has killed several large anemones by over stressing them. Lately he takes any deflated anemone he comes across and rips it from its rock and tries feeding it to he favorite anemone. Last night I found when I got home from work he had done this with my medium size Haitian. He tried feeding it to my large one. The medium is hanging on to life by a thread. Has anyone else had issues with a clown being relentless to an anemone?

I'm going to cover with hard see through plastic drilled with holes and prevent him from causing anymore harm and then transfer the anemones to there very own tank.

Strange how he will attack me when I go near the anemone but he himself by not giving them a moments rest and stupidly man handling deflated anemones kills them.
I bet he thinks I'm the one killing them.

I have head of maroons killing anemones before. I have not seen it myself but they can abuse their host or other anemones in the tank. Is this a pair of maroons or just a single fish?

Just one maroon. He is a five incher though. There are also two smaller clowns they are yellow with white stripes. I forget there actual name.
