Mars Aqua Fan Replacement

I got a 300w mars aqua LED fixture and I like it except for the fans. They are pretty loud. Anybody replace them with quieter ones? The tank is in my living room and is very quiet other than these fans.

A long time ago when I needed a new fan for a fixture, I pulled out the dead one and googled the part number. I found a replacement, but I also found units that were the same size that moved more air and were quieter!
