Mars Aqua led light

so here is what I did unplugged fan from ballast made board to go in box cat6 cable now has 12v for fans and 0-10v for LEDs.
my 8 port relay is wired so #4 relay switch turns on the 12v to the fan before the light controller starts the dimmer on the leds.
now at 1% on leds fan is at full on, no more buzzing from fan.

the green screw terminals are not used now I put pins on the board now for the 0-10v

anyone know what size resistor the Mars Aqua lights uses I have one missing off the board.
I'm have a hard time seeing the stripes on the resistors

plus there is 7 blue led that are burned out they where like this when a friend got the light with a used tank he bought.
he gave it to me. for me to fix and and keep as a spare. and use it for testing on the reef-pi.
white side of the light is all good. ballast for blue is good too I have ran the white side on both ballast.

I know it's a late reply, but I must have missed this post earlier.
That looks like a zener diode to me. I would guess it might be a 4.7v or 5.1v zener. It's role is probably to allow the channel to continue to work even if an LED fails.
