I am at work so a picture at the moment is unobtainable.

for the past week or so, on a 4-5 inch masked swallowtail, below the right pectoral fins are two brown spots.

I have had the fish since beginning of December, still eats well, but it looks like two bruises below his side pectoral fin.

I can best describe the coloration like when you drop an apple, and that faded brown spot appears.

started as 1 mark, then a second one next to it. Still eats and swims fine, fish has been thru 10 days copper, and 2 rounds of prazi about 7 days apart.

many two guesses would be an injury (unlikely given a second mark appeared a few days after first one) or sometime internal bleeding, swim bladder etc.

it is right below the fin.

It sounds bacterial but without a picture it's hard to know. Angel's are prone to these infections from my experience.
