Massive fish loss while on vacation

Yep understood, but what could have caused oxygen deprivation if not a power outage? The incident occurred between the 18-19th

Do you know what accounts for those second wattage spikes on the 19th? Possibly 21st as well. Seems somewhat atypical, compared to the pattern.

Can you share a photo of your tank and sump? Also a list of the non-fish inhabitants? What equipment do you have? Do you use a grounding probe/measure for stray voltage?

Trying to absolutely rule out hypoxia, since I think your fish would have noticeably struggling for air (breathing at the surface), which someone would have noticed.

This truly seems like a mystery as your Apex shows no loss in power or system interruptions.

I asked you early on if your tank was borderline overstocked for the filtration and tank size? You never answered. If it was and a fish died, the ammonia release could trigger a domino affect. Ammonia affects fish gills leading to 02 deprivation.

Likely a spike which affected O2 levels, disease possible but would need history/symptoms to best determine and when fish were discovered, were their mouths open or gills distended?

150g tank with 40g sump. Running a Reef Octopus Classic 202-S 24/7 and feed twice daily. Never had a nutrient issue except slightly elevated po4 at 0.20 but was able to bring that down to 0.10 with GFO.

Fish included achilles tang, purple tang, 2 leopard wrasses, cleaner wrasse, 2 clowns, mandarin, 3 anthias, 2 blennies, firefish, and a cherub angel. Before leaving, my fish didn't exhibit any issues such as lack of eating.

I have two urchins, some snails, and crabs. No grounding probe but the person who checked my tank didn’t feel a stray voltage.
