Masstick and no3/po4

Hello! Testing out masstick because i recently bought a copperband who isnt really eating anything but aiptasia. Wanted him to eat something else because my aiptasia problem is almost gone. I feed frozen mysis/brine but the copperband isnt really interested in it.
Wanted to try out masstick but im afraid it will cause a spike in my no3 or po4. Not really sure about how to go about it yet. I bought the easy masstick kind.
If anyone has any experience with the product please help a brotha out. Thanks!

I use it on occasion(hate mixing it up). Never noticed any spike in nutrients from using it, but my fish devour it.

I bought the easy ones. Already mixed. Ill give it a try. Maybe feed it once a day? Every other? I only do 1 big feedingn a day thats why. 3 cubes of frozen.

Question about Easy Masstick -- should it be refrigerated, and what's the shelf life?? There's some info for the powdered version, but I can't find anything on the pre-made cubes.
