How do I know which kit to buy? I have a reef aquarium it a fish, cleaning crew and an anemone.

I wouldn't buy a set of kits as it likely has things you will not need.
If the tank is already established, for example, there is generally no need for ammonia, and nitrite isn't usually worth measuring.
Look for alkalinity and calcium kits as a start.
